Executive Committee
As specified in the governance structures, the Executive Committee is headed by ETRC’s Executive Director and consists of the Committee Chairs and our Archivist. Monthly meetings are scheduled to oversee ETRC current business and to supervise the implementation of its action plan.

This committee consists principally of people with library and archival expertise and serves as the Archivist’s advisory body.

Colloquium Committee
Headed by ETRC’s President, the Colloquium Committee guides the organization of the Centre’s public colloquia on themes of importance and interest to the Eastern Townships community.

Communications Committee
Headed by ETRC’s Vice-President, this committee works on ways to improve communications, benefit from new technologies and promote the Centre. It is also responsible for our Newsletter and our website.

JETS Editorial Committee
Headed by the Editor-in-Chief of JETS (Journal of Eastern Townships Studies), the JETS Editorial Committee contributes to the identification of themes to be covered, calls for papers, and the search for contributors and peer-reviewers. Currently it is also concerned with increasing the Journal’s visibility as an important promoter of interdisciplinary research on the Eastern Townships.
